Miss Karen's Little Belize Garden Project...

Since we are adding a third unit to The Maine Stay Cabanas, we have had to remove some trees to make room for the project. Not one to be wasteful, Miss Karen decided that these trees... four palms, needed to enhance our Kokomo lots. Peter, from Coco Plum, who is an absolute genius with a backhoe, and has five years experience successfully transplanting these tiny things, came over yesterday and made it all happen... with lots of help from Hector and Alejandro from The Maine Stay crew.

Hello from Canada Drew and Karen, My husband Al and I were the other half of the Jackson party in January of this year. Karen was kind enough to give us a tour of your extensive gardens, naming all the plants and trees.(some that we had forgotten by the time we got home!) Thank you for attempting to move those wonderful palm trees. I hope they survive and flourish.I have some fabulous photos that are hanging on our living room wall, from Belize, that I look at every day and dream. Leith Trick
